Offers and Agreements:

All offers made by House Of PraNiv are subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time unless stated otherwise in writing. House Of PraNiv may revoke any previous offer if a new one is made in writing.

If the customer makes any changes to House Of PraNiv's offer, it will be considered a new offer by the customer, which House Of PraNiv may accept or reject at its discretion. House Of PraNiv will only accept offers in writing.

Agreements for the delivery of products will be treated as separate agreements.

Product Information:

House Of PraNiv provides samples, colors, drawings, models, figures, dimensions, weights, or any other specifications for products as estimates only, and they may not be accurate. Small deviations in color tones cannot be considered defects.

House Of PraNiv reserves the right to change product configurations and prices at any time, and House Of PraNiv may modify price lists, brochures, printed matter, quotations, and other documents.

Pricing and Taxes:

All prices quoted by House Of PraNiv are exclusive of taxes, duties, levies, or fees imposed by any taxing authority (other than taxes on House Of PraNiv's income) related to the customer's order unless the customer has provided House Of PraNiv with an appropriate resale or exemption certificate for the delivery location.

If there are changes in the law that lead to taxes being levied, which are or become irrecoverable, and this results in increased delivery costs for House Of PraNiv, House Of PraNiv is entitled to increase prices retroactively.

Prices or fees quoted are in the currency specified by House Of PraNiv in writing.

Online Account:

As a registered user, the customer must use their email ID and a password of their choice to log in to House Of PraNiv's website.
The customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their password.
Any order placed through the customer's login ID will be considered an order placed by the customer and will be fulfilled accordingly.

Order Fulfillment and Delivery:

House Of PraNiv reserves the right to suspend or cancel any services at any time without prior notice, but all outstanding orders will be fulfilled or fully refunded.
House Of PraNiv reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at any time without assigning any reasons for the decision.
House Of PraNiv will not be responsible for any damage caused by the use of its website.
House Of PraNiv will not be responsible for any damage arising from the use of products shipped to customers or products bought through House Of PraNiv.

House Of PraNiv will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this policy if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds:

We take utmost care in inspecting and packaging all our products to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

When contacting us, please provide us with a clear picture of the damaged or defective product, along with a brief description of the issue. This will help us to promptly address the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory resolution.

If we determine that the product is indeed damaged or defective, we will offer you the choice of either a replacement product or a full refund.

Please note that we will not be able to process any returns or refunds for products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or neglect.

All returned products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact, and in unused and unwashed condition.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it thoroughly and process the return or refund within [insert number of days here].

Once the returned product is received and verified by us, we will initiate the refund process.
The refund will be made through the same mode of payment used by the customer at the time of placing the order.
Please note that it may take 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in the customer's account.

Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual property rights in relation to our website, products, and services are owned by us.
The customer is not permitted to use, reproduce, modify or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to take legal action against any person or entity found to be infringing our intellectual property rights.

Missed Delivery:

Our logistics partners attempt to deliver your shipment three times. If you are unavailable to receive your order, it will be returned to us.
If you wish to re-ship the order, you may request for it by emailing support@ourwebsite.com. Please note that an additional shipping charge of INR 250 will apply.
For Cash-on-Delivery orders that are returned to us, we will re-ship the order only after the payment for the same is made online, along with the additional shipping charges.

We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver your order under circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
